Each member needs to send a minimum of 1200 hits per week to the promo link they are issued.The easiest way to accomplish this is with the traffic exchanges. If you aren't a member an easy way to access the top exchanges is through a site called Traffic Hoopla. It is a downline builder for the exchanges and makes it easy to join all the top rated exchanges from one location.They also grade the top safelists.

Everyone needs to have a system in place that will allow them to surf a bare minimum of 750 pages per hour. To accomplish this you have to be utilizing a multi-tabbed surfing method. If you don't have one in place, take the time to set one up. This will save you tons of time and make the job of building credits in the exchanges a simple task. There are a lot of browsers and methods that will get the job done, I personally recommend one of the following methods.
TE Browser is designed specifically for surfing traffic exchanges. It is very simple to download and use. Free members can set up groups of 5 exchanges to surf simultaneously. They have a feature that will assure you don't miss any bonus credits while your surfing.You can also join most of the traffic exchanges directly from their site.

Either one of these methods will allow you to easily accrue over 200 credits in about 20 minutes of surfing the exchanges.
If you run into problems setting up either one of these programs or if you would like some tips on which exchanges to surf for maximum credit building, just shoot me a note. I've been using exchanges for a while now and know a few tricks that will help you out.
Bottom line if your not able to get your 170 credits in about 20 minutes per day then get with me and we will figure out what your doing wrong.
